Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: Current as of service engagement

1. Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of professional wedding videography services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Our wedding videography services include pre-event consultation, ceremony and reception filming, post-production editing, and delivery of final video products in agreed formats.

2. User Obligations

Clients must provide accurate event details including venue information, timeline, and special requirements at least 30 days prior to the wedding date. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from venues and ensuring our team has appropriate access to filming locations. Clients must inform us of any restrictions, cultural considerations, or specific requests that may affect our service delivery. Payment obligations must be fulfilled according to the agreed schedule, with final payment due before video delivery.

3. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to venue restrictions, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific shots or moments if they conflict with venue rules, safety requirements, or if circumstances prevent proper positioning. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on editing complexity and seasonal demand. We reserve the right to decline services that compromise safety, legal compliance, or professional standards.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All raw footage, edited videos, and creative elements remain the intellectual property of our videography service until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, clients receive usage rights for personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain the right to use excerpts of your wedding video for promotional purposes, portfolio development, and marketing materials unless explicitly declined in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our work without written consent.

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for equipment failure, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or inability to perform due to venue restrictions, weather, or force majeure events. We maintain professional insurance but our maximum liability shall not exceed the contract value. Clients acknowledge that wedding videography involves inherent risks and unpredictable elements that may affect final deliverables.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date are eligible for 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit all payments due to booking commitments and preparation costs. If we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be provided, but we are not liable for additional costs or damages. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws where our business is registered.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data responsibly. Video footage and personal information are stored securely and used solely for service delivery and legitimate business purposes. We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients have the right to request data deletion after service completion, subject to our record-keeping requirements.

Important Notice: These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. We recommend reviewing these terms before each service engagement.
